Custom Machining

The Custom machining slide show represents some of the equipment and other projects I have machined and built including:

Full machine shop services from miniature steam engine builds to repair parts for your old caterpillar. I have a full size milling machine, precision tool room lathe, Mig, Tig, stick and acetylene welders, plasma cutter and access to a surface grinder (while I restore my own!).

Although I do not have “CNC” equipment I do have the equipment and ability to manufacture almost any required part or device, especially in a 'one off' situation. Current plans include constructing a small foundry and furnace to give me the capability of sand casting small parts from brass and aluminum. The estimated completion for this project is summer 2013.
